Shipping & Processing

When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to an unconfirmed address. Please contact us before placing an order if your order needs to be sent to different addresses outside of the billing address.

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Standard shipping time takes 3-5 business days. Please note: Once you have received an order confirmation email, your package will then be shipped 3-5 days AFTER receiving an order confirmation email.

Return/Exchanges

We encourage all clients to carefully inspect their package once they have received it. If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please DO NOT tamper with it, install it, or disturb the pattern of the bundles. Please ship items back within 5 days after delivery. No return or exchange request will be honored after 5 days - NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition for refunds/exchanges to be honored.

If there are any discrepancies with the lengths or textures that were initially sent, we will not accept them for refund/exchange. We require ALL bundle(s) purchased with that order to be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made. If STS is responsible for any error on the order we will cover the shipping cost. If the buyer makes a mistake on an order and wants an exchange buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs - shipping to our company and from our company.
